Hopefully we will learn from you as well. We fish the waters of Cape Cod and the Chesapeake Bay, our home water.<\/p>\n<p>Our goal is to catch large fish on light tackle. We have light duty and med duty poles rigged with 8# to 12#. Ugly sticks and a couple no names (just can&#8217;t remember). We use Penn and Shimano reels. E<a href=\"http:\/\/www.fletcherfishing.org\/?page_id=6\">mail\u00a0us<\/a> and we\u00a0can give you the details.<\/p>\n<p>We have a 1997 Scout Dorado 202 with a Yamaha Saltwater Series 200 (not fuel injection). We have put more hours on the engine than the previous owners. We can get it to top out 45mph, but she gets the best gph at 24-26mph, certainly fast enough to get around quickly.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.fletcherfishing.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/post_ourboat.jpg\" alt=\"Our Boat\" \/><\/p>\n<p>There is a new addition to the fishing collection. No longer do we have to transport the Good Effort up and down the East Coast.<\/p>\n<p>The StriperZ, a 1985 Grady White Seafarer with a 2004 Volvo Penta 4.3GL Engine\/SX drive is now living up in Wellfleet, MA. It tops out at 36mph, but the best gph is about 28 mph@3000rpm.
